This isn't fatigue, it's a stroke.

Stroke (cerebrovascular accident) usually occurs suddenly, caused by obstruction of blood flow to the brain or rupture of blood vessels, resulting in ischemic necrosis of brain cells.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, cerebrovascular diseases have long been one of the top ten causes of death in Taiwan and should not be ignored.

⚠️ Stroke warning signs, pay attention immediately:

✔ Facial asymmetry

✔ Weakness or numbness in one arm or leg

✔ Speech unclear, comprehension difficult

➡️ If any symptoms appear, do not observe or wait; seek medical attention immediately. The earlier the treatment, the lower the risk of long-term complications.

👥 High-risk groups please pay special attention:

▪ High blood pressure, diabetes, arrhythmia, high cholesterol

▪ Has experienced transient ischemic attack

▪ Seniors aged 65 and above (higher risk for men)

🛡️ Prevent stroke by taking precautions in your daily life:

▪ Chronic disease pattern tracking and treatment

▪ Eat less salt, less oil, less sugar, and maintain a balanced diet.

Quit smoking and drinking, and exercise regularly.

Regular health checkups

🕒 Important Reminder:

The first three months after a stroke are the golden period for rehabilitation; early rehabilitation helps restore limb function and daily living abilities.
